AFADWU Advances Worker Interests at Nutri Feeds Negotiations

The Agricultural Food and Allied Democratic Workers Union (AFADWU) has wrapped up the first round of national negotiations at Nutri Feeds, held on 9-10 March 2026. Led by Cde Solomon and Cde Thulani Klaas, the union delegation presented key demands, pushing for improved worker welfare.

Union Demands Include
- 13% salary hike for all
- Health insurance coverage
- Housing allowance support
- Long service recognition
- Christmas vouchers

AFADWU remains committed to securing better working conditions and benefits for its members. Further talks with Nutri Feeds are expected.
