Induction Training Provincial Office Bearers (POB)

The induction training of all provincies which started from Wersten Cape province of all Provincial Office Beares (POB) of AFADWU, which took place on the 5th of March 2022 at Western Cape Provincial Office. This training is a national program that will provide Provincial Office Bearers and Officials with the training. From above comrades attended it from the left (Provincial Treasure Titus Allister, Provincial Chirperson Mazula Nomfezeko and the Provincial Secretary Michael Helu.


This was the first induction since the Provincial office Berrears were elected on the last National congres, the aim of the induction was about  welcoming newly elected union representetives formally into the union, Learning about AFADWU as the union, basic training on the shopstewards role and responsibilities, orintation and re-orientation of shopstewards and to educate workers about thier rights, democracy,structure,economy,and general politics also to build a strong and demotic organisation run and controlled by workers through its mandated leaderhip.
